Privacy Policy
What the Insider central hub collects, why it is used, what is minimized, and how to request access or deletion.
What this hub collects
- Aggregate page views, resource clicks, and experiment/impression counters used to improve navigation.
- Coarse request diagnostics such as path, status, and client category. Raw IP addresses and full user-agent strings are not persisted by the hub analytics layer.
- Reviews: display name or alias, rating, review text, relationship disclosure, and submission time.
- Privacy/data requests: contact email, request type, and the details you choose to provide.
- An admin-session cookie only after an authorized administrator signs in.
What we do not need
The public review form does not request a phone number, street address, government ID, financial-account information, or trading credentials. Anti-abuse checks may use short-lived network-derived signals in memory, but those anti-abuse signals are not written to durable visitor profiles.
Use and sharing
Data is used to operate, secure, measure, and improve the hub and to process requests you submit. The central hub does not sell personal information. Clicking an external resource sends you to that provider, whose own privacy terms apply.
Retention and choices
Durable site analytics and public reviews use database-backed storage. Reviews remain until removed or moderated. Privacy-request records use a default retention window of 365 days and review-abuse reports use 180 days. You can submit an access, correction, or deletion request through the data request form.
Children
This general-audience hub is not directed to children under 13. Review submission uses a neutral age-group choice and does not accept reviews from users who identify as under 13. A parent, guardian, or authorized representative can use the data request form if they believe a child submitted personal information.
