How refunds work when the central hub itself does not process payments and visitors may follow links to independent providers.
Central hub
The central hub currently has billing disabled and does not process purchases, subscriptions, or recurring charges, so there is no hub payment to refund.
External purchases
If you purchase through a linked store, marketplace, software provider, broker, exchange, or other third party, that provider's checkout and refund policy govern the transaction. Contact the merchant shown on your receipt for payment or refund questions.
If direct sales are enabled later
A transaction-specific refund/cancellation policy should be displayed before checkout and this page should be updated before direct billing is activated.
