How reviews are collected, displayed, disclosed, moderated, and kept separate from fake or incentivized-review practices.
Review integrity
Reviews shown here are submitted by visitors. The operator does not generate fake reviews, buy positive sentiment, or remove a review merely because it is negative. Exact spam, abuse, impersonation, private information, unlawful content, or irrelevant content may be removed.
Material connections
Submitters must disclose employment, ownership, family/friend relationships, free products, compensation, or other material connections. Connected reviews remain visibly labeled and are excluded from the headline aggregate rating on this site.
Not independently verified
Unless explicitly labeled otherwise, a review is a community submission and is not represented as a verified purchase or independently verified experience.
Removal and reporting
Use the report control next to a review for abuse or private information, or use the data request form to request removal of your own submission. Multiple submissions from the same person may appear over time, so the on-site rating is described as eligible submissions rather than unique reviewers.
